Our distillery is a tribute to the rich tapestry of stories and culture woven into this enchanted place. Our journey begins in Helsingborg, on the Swedish coast of the Sound, a city steeped in tradition and crowned by the majestic trees of Kärnan. Here, among cobbled streets, the spirit of innovation dances hand in hand with echoes of the past.

Helsing is a distillery outside Helsingborg that combines innovative thinking with solid craftsmanship. The distillery was founded in 2021 to create unforgettable flavour experiences by making use of leftover raw materials from the adjacent vineyard. Inspiration for new products is often found in meetings with other passionate people in our neighbourhood who are also uncompromising when it comes to creating beverage experiences that last.
