Brewing beer is really about refining and creating, from simple raw materials. For many years I had the dream of making my own beer and in 2014 the dream came true. It's amazing what you can create with just malt, hops, yeast and water! The combinations are endless and I am just as delighted every time. Always trying to use Swedish ingredients is a matter of course for me. Our new beer labels have a picture of one of my tractors, a BM Volvo 400 Buster from 1965. It feels good to lean on and fits well as a symbol for the old craft that beer brewing really is.

Since the start in 2014, many recipes have passed through the brewery. Today, Blåbergen's beer family consists of different types of Lager, Ale, Wheat Beer, Porter and IPA, and they have all been highly praised by our visitors.
