We brew beer and gin, serve breakfast and lunch and organise great events. Our business is run by dedicated entrepreneurs and great beer lovers who care about local ingredients and operators.

Our brewery is not just a place where beer is made, it's a journey through a carefully monitored process. From mashing and lautering to boiling, fermenting, bottling and bottle fermenting, it takes around five weeks to create the perfect bottle of delicious beer. Each step is an art form, and every beer we produce carries the quality and care we put into each brew.

With a brewhouse of 1,200 litres, we produce a variety of beers, including our signature Grästorps beers and a wide range of Lilla Edet beers. Keep an eye out for new varieties being launched on an ongoing basis and explore flavours that enrich your beer experience.
