We who run Köpings Musteri AB are the Ryberg-Ericsson family. Lena, Johanna and Benjamin. But of course there are more of us in season when we pick our lovely fruit from the trees in Sweden's first organic orchard in Berg, Hallstahammar.

All our fruit and berries become beverages that then reach restaurants across the country. Our trees are like vines because we ferment some of the must into an apple wine traditionally called cider. It contains nothing but the natural flavour of the fruit when the fruit sugar is completely fermented away.
It is dry, exciting and goes wonderfully with cheeses, shellfish and charcuterie among other things.
