Unique and small-scale
We mainly use organic products and where possible we will endeavour to use fair trade products. We age our rum in Swedish oak, new American oak, ex bourbon and sherry. We are also experimenting with different barrels for different drinks - including grappa barrels, tequila barrels and marsala wine barrels.

Not just rum
Our first love is rum, a bit strange that we also distil gin and aquavit you think?
Gin is great fun to experiment with. We focus on using spices, berries and different Swedish fruits to bring out the Swedish flavours in our gin.

Swedish aquavit is a traditional Swedish drink that is trademarked under EU directives. In order to label an aquavit with "Svensk akvavit", the drink must be distilled according to the rules.
