At Ljungbyholms Vingård we welcome visitors all year round to enjoy our wines in an ancient and historic environment

On a southern slope between Båstad and Ängelholm in north-west Skåne, in the middle of Vinlandet Bjäre, lies Ljungbyholms Vingård. With the sea just a few kilometres away, the climate is characterised by mild winters and long summers. Our vines thrive in fertile sandy and clay soil and produce grapes that we refine into first-class wines and distillates. We grow more than a dozen different varieties, of which Solaris, Phoenix, Ortega, Riesel and Souvignier Gris are our main green grapes and Rondo, Cabernet Cortis, Cabernet Noir, Bolero and Regent are our main red varieties. From these we make a variety of white, red and rosé wines that are available for tasting at the winery.

In 2019, we planted our first vines - just under 100 of them - and the following year we added 2,700 vines. Since then, we have made new plantings every year and now have just over 10,000 logs on about 3 hectares. The vineyard is part of an active farming operation on Ljungbyholm's farm, which covers a total of 100 hectares.
