We have started our own whisky distillery where we distil raw spirits using carefully selected raw materials in an artisanal way, which forms the basis for our own exclusive whisky characters. We also work as an independent bottler where we buy high-quality, tasty whiskey characters that we then refine and bottle in usually smaller and unique batches. Our first batch of self-produced raw spirits has matured in well-selected oak barrels in our warehouses. The oak barrels have a great impact on the flavour character of the finished whisky. For us, it is important to find quality barrels and also to find good combinations of raw spirits and barrel types. We work with barrels of Swedish oak, sherry barrels, bourbon barrels and barrels of Hungarian oak. Regarding barrel sizes, we mainly work with smaller sizes from 50 litres to 100 litres.
