From industrial building to brewhouse
In the centre of Stjärnsund was an old transformer building that was falling into disrepair. It was when we found it that our brewery dream became a reality. The key to starting a brewery was to find the right premises that would suit our business. Now we're breathing new life into the old building, completely rebuilding the interior, but carefully renovating the exterior - as you have to do with listed buildings. We are happy to take care of and transform a cultural heritage into a modern brewhouse.

High-quality equipment
Because we put quality first, we've invested in a top-class brewing system. Automatic bottling and the possibility of filtering the beer means that both shelf life and flavour are improved. For us, it is important to guarantee and ensure consistent quality over time. If you buy a beer from us in May and then in December - well, it should taste the same.

In the centre of Stjärnsund
It was obvious that our brewhouse should be in Stjärnsund. This is where we brewers live, and we want to help make the area even more vibrant. Beer brewing is also a tradition here. In the past, beer was brewed in the manor houses, and there have been hop farms at nearby monasteries. For us, local involvement is important, and we are therefore happy to cooperate with actors in the area.
