The company was started in the spring of 2021 by Gustaf Säljgård to process organic waste potatoes into various spirits grown by the parent company Säljgården i Dala-Järna AB.

Production started in January 2022 and our products today are Eldfamnes Potato Brandy and Eldfamnes Gin.

Dala Destilleri also offers guided tours with tasting. This includes tasting of our products and also unreleased drinks as well as ideas for future upcoming drinks.
