On our farm we grow more than 20 different varieties of apples, including delicious dessert apples that ripen between September-November, but now also about 10 different varieties of cider apples! In the apple orchard we also sow summer flowers for our friends the pollinators, and we have completely non-toxic cultivation.we let the short cut grass meet the apple trees, so that the apples can land softly when they are ripe! During the season we muster our own apples, but we also receive customers' apples for mustering, pasteurisation and packaging!
