The Gåreleselet Brewery started in 2024.

We are located in Höga Kusten Inland. We like to use birch sap in our production, which is our trademark. The birch sap gives the beer a rounder and softer flavour, for example. We grow some of our hops ourselves. And it's not just beer we brew. We also make soft drinks and light beverages. We're quite proud of our Christmas must, for example. You can buy beer and soft drinks from us, but there's more. We will have tasting evenings, food and beer themes, and collaborations with local food artisans. We local food artisans can stimulate and inspire each other. Come along and hear, see, taste and experience what we are doing.
