Our idea
We want to make good wine from local ingredients - fruits and berries grown in Roslagen.
In our climate, fruits and berries are often of high quality with a multifaceted flavour. However, many of them are never used and often remain in gardens. Our ambition is for these raw materials to blossom into refined drinks. We also grow our own grapes in Billinge north of Norrtälje. The grape is Solaris, which is best adapted to our climate and is very well suited to sparkling wines - which is also our ambition to produce.

With our tastings, we want to be a meeting place for flavours of all kinds.
We will mainly invite people to taste wines from all over the world. By putting taste at the centre, hopefully everyone will be more interested in how what they eat and drink is produced.
