Since we started brewing in our new premises in the old country store in Flyinge and launched our first beer at Systembolaget at the turn of the year 2016/2017, demand has increased rapidly. We are both proud and happy about the reception we have received. The combination of dexterity, engineering, stubbornness and vision has brought us here.

In spring 2019, we bought Lycke Brewery in Mölnlycke Fabriker to rapidly increase our capacity and at the same time enter the beer scene in Sweden's Beer Capital - Gothenburg. It has been an exciting adventure, but unfortunately, a year later, we have taken the decision to gather all capacity in Skåne as we found no feasible way to launch and brew the same products in two regions. In the future, all beer from both Pax and Lycke will be produced in Flyinge, with the addition of the tanks that after the move are at Fulltofta Gårdsbryggeri with a lake view next to Ringsjön.

In October 2019, we hired Jens Bergström as brewer and quality manager. He suggested that we make Christmas must, which was an immediate success and sold out before Christmas had arrived. The must became the starting point for our completely alcohol-free range, now expanded with Tahonga-series.

When a little cat lady appeared outside the brewery on 16 December and no one wanted to acknowledge her, order was finally restored. After the brewery outgrew the first little puddle room at home in the storage room, we also became without a brewery cat, Pax still lives at home in the residence. But now Lavin (as our son named the cat lady, after our last beer at the time) meets us every morning and keeps us company late at night.
