It was the Christmas present from my wife that started it all. A book about making your own beer. As usual, the hobby got out of hand and the dream of starting my own brewery was born (as with so many other home brewers).
An education as a brewing technician made things fall into place. After much searching, Matcirkus Lidingö and I found each other and now we are starting the collaboration where I brew in the restaurant's premises at Källängstorget.

Beer is a perishable product. Beer can be stored for a long time, but many styles of beer are best enjoyed neat.
Beer bought at Systembolaget has often been in stock or on the shelf for a long time, but even a lot of beer served in pubs has seen its best days, we think.
That's why the beer from our brewery is served fresh from the brewery. We only brew as much as we need in a month so that you can enjoy really fresh beer.
It can be unfamiliar at first to taste beer that is so fresh. The hops taste more, the beer is not as sweet as some older beers can be, and the beer is sometimes a little hazy as it has not had time to clear and we prefer to avoid clarifiers.
