Sahlins Brygghus is a brewery located in Dalarna. We have been brewing beer since 2015 and focus on the production of craft beer, soft drinks, tonic and cider and mulled wine. We want to continue the craft tradition that has existed on the farm for several hundred years.
Today we combine active farming with visitor tourism, the farm has 35,000 visitors annually, the main attraction being the ostriches, which we have been breeding on the farm since 1994.
During the summer we welcome visitors and have a farm café with restaurant and shop where we sell the farm's products, our own slaughtered meat, our own charcuterie, drinks, ice cream, and skin care products.
