We, the Schultes-Andersson family, work here on the farm.

In June 2016, we traded south for south, apartment for farm, and a reasonably ordered life for adventure. There was a strong desire to work with beer, build our own business and take charge of our future.

There was plenty of space and premises, so the old stable became a brewery. In 2018 it was ready and we sold our first beers in the middle of high summer. A hectic time followed with launches at Systembolaget, participation in all the beer festivals we had time for and the development of new beers.

By 2019 we had obtained a tasting licence and opened a modest tap room next door to the brewery. The following summer we expanded with an outdoor seating area and a small shop for glassware and beer.

In 2021 we took the step to a real summer pub with both food and drinks.

Welcoming guests to our home and being able to serve only good things is the best thing we know! And we are not finished with our journey. There's always something new happening at Snausarve!
