Ten years ago, there were only a few craft breweries in Sweden. In recent years, it has exploded. We think that's fantastic. That so many of us are curious about craft beer. Because there is so much more exciting beer to experience.

Our names are Christer and Anette. We have always had a great interest in food and drink and for just over a year we have been brewing craft beer at home on Timjanvägen in Halmstad. What we like most and best about the brewery are the flavours and the conversations with you guests. Yes, it turned out that there were many who liked our beer. The brewery quickly outgrew our home and we started looking for a beautiful place where we could create a brewpub, a place and taproom to brew, bottle, enjoy and experience. Yes, invite and show all of you who also like craft beer how it is done behind the scenes and let you taste.

We found the place and the work and preparations are now in full swing. This spring it's time - to welcome you all to Timjan's Brewhouse - our own taproom in the beautiful cultural environment of Heagårds outside Halmstad. Just far enough away from the noise of the city, but still close enough for you to cycle here after work. Here you will be able to shop and taste good craft beer and Christmas must, tonic with thyme and other exciting flavours and regular soft drinks. There's room for community and conversation. We promise you high-quality craft beer in a beautiful/ancient cultural-historical environment.
