Former architect Jeppe Appelin went completely against the 'solaris current' when he decided to make wine with red, pink and orange colours, instead of just white.
And he probably thought that Swedish politicians would have rung in a YES to farm sales once he planted his first vines in Vejbystrand. So he piled up his bottles, but no YES was heard.
Nowadays he has to pop the bottles at wine tastings that he holds every day with a beret and many a word between the scent and the gargle.
Either book a wine tasting with a guided tour of the area, or there are drop-in times where you drink wines by the glass in Jeppe's little wine bar.
