Almqvist Destilleri

All of our products are made exclusively from Swedish autumn wheat and distilled in our manual 110-liter copper still, located in the historic premises of Reijmyre Glasbruk.
The operation of the copper still is crucial to the final result and means that our Master Distiller, Bex Almqvist, controls the reflux, pressure, temperature, and cuts entirely by hand. This ensures that the spirit has balance and a full-bodied texture as the final result.
One of our most important tasks is to give aquavit the attention it deserves, while also providing insight into the Swedish art of distillation and its craftsmanship. We proudly adhere to the EU regulations regarding the Protected Geographical Indication for Swedish Aquavit. This means that Rejmyre Aquavit meets specific requirements regarding raw materials, production, and characteristics.
