Brewing beer is truly a process of refining and creating something from simple ingredients. For many years, I dreamed of creating my own beer, and in 2014, that dream came true. It’s amazing what you can create with just malt, hops, yeast, and water! The combinations are endless, and I’m just as delighted every single time. Always striving to use Swedish ingredients is a given for me. Our new beer labels feature a picture of one of my tractors, a 1965 BM Volvo 400 Buster. It feels good to lean against and serves as a fitting symbol for the traditional craft that beer brewing truly is.
Since our start in 2014, many recipes have passed through the brewery. Today, the Blåbergen beer family consists of various types of Lager, Ale, Wheat Beer, Porter, and IPA, and they have all received high praise from our visitors.
