Bröderna Bommen is a modern brewery and distillery that has emerged from a spirit of local entrepreneurship and a desire to create a natural gathering place centered around food and drink. The journey began in 2013 when three friends decided to take their shared interest in beer to the next level and pursue professional brewing. After a period of experimental brewing, licensing processes, and strengthening the team with an additional partner, they were able to present their first beers at a beer festival in the summer of 2014.

Since its inception, the business has developed step by step. The focus has been on refining production and ensuring high quality in accordance with the requirements placed on producers with their own alcohol production. At the same time, the company has expanded its operations by establishing both a distillery and a bakery. Through collaborations with local food producers, brand development, and the organization of various events, they have also continued to work toward their vision of creating a vibrant visitor center.

In the old workshop space in Njurunda, they aim to produce beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages of the highest quality, while building an environment where people can gather and enjoy good food and drink. With a brewery, distillery, bakery, brasserie, and shop all under one roof, they aim to help strengthen the local food culture and spread knowledge about artisanal beverage production.

The company’s goal is to continue growing in a long-term and sustainable manner within its various areas of operation, with production and headquarters remaining in Njurunda.
