Cehlin Vingård

Cehlin Vineyard is located in northeastern Skåne, just north of Kristianstad, where the open agricultural landscape gives way to the calm waters of the Helgeå River. Here, a small family-owned vineyard is run, born out of a genuine passion for wine and a long-term commitment to growing grapes that thrive in the southern Swedish climate. The first vines were planted in 2008, and since then the vineyards have spread along the slopes down toward the river—an environment where sun, wind, and soil combine to create grapes with distinct character.
Solaris, one of Sweden’s best-known white grape varieties, is a natural feature at Cehlin as well. But the winery doesn’t stop there. The white wine Torsebro Vita is an elegant cuvée of Solaris, Seyval Blanc, and Merzling—a balanced combination that yields a bright, fresh, and elegant wine. It pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish or as a lively aperitif.
Although many Swedish vineyards focus primarily on white wines, Cehlin Vineyard has become particularly proud of its red wine, Torsebro Röda. The wine is based on the Rondo grape, complemented by Siramé, Leon Millot, and Regent, resulting in a red wine with deep blue-purple hues and a full-bodied, spicy profile. It is an excellent accompaniment to light meat dishes.
The winery’s award-winning wines were previously available at Systembolaget, but are now sold exclusively through on-site sales during scheduled visits. Here, guests can stroll through the vineyards, taste wines, join guided tours, or host private events in the beautiful surroundings. Cehlin Vineyard is a place where flavor, experience, and nature come together—where the passion for wine is nurtured just as carefully as the grapes themselves.
