It is with a healthy dose of humor, a fair amount of hubris, and a dash of luck that we at Cliff Barnes Restaurant and Sue Ellen Restaurant proudly (well, sort of) present our latest venture: Cliff Barnes Distillery. After shaking up Stockholm’s food scene for decades—Cliff Barnes since 1995 and Sue Ellen since 2011—we’ve now decided to stir things up in yet another area. And the result: Cliff Barnes Distillery’s London Dry Gin will be released at Systembolaget on September 2.
