Dala Destilleri

The company was founded in the spring of 2021 by Gustaf Säljgård to transform organic surplus potatoes into various spirits, grown by the parent company Säljgården i Dala-Järna AB.
Production began in January 2022, and our current products are Eldfamnes Potato Vodka and Eldfamnes Gin.
Dala Distillery also offers guided tours with tastings. This includes tastings of our products as well as unreleased spirits and ideas for future beverages.
