On our farm, we grow more than 20 different apple varieties, including delicious dessert apples that ripen between September and November, and now also dozens of different cider apple varieties! In the apple orchard, we also plant summer flowers for our pollinator friends, and our farming practices are completely pesticide-free.We let the short-cut grass meet the apple trees, so the apples can land softly when they’re ripe! During the season, we press our own apples, but we also accept customers’ apples for pressing, pasteurization, and packaging! ​
