Gåreleselets Brewery was founded in 2024.
We’re located in Höga Kusten Inland. We love using birch sap in our brewing process—it’s our signature touch. The birch sap gives our beer a rounder, smoother flavor, for example. We grow some of our own hops. And we don’t just brew beer; we also make soft drinks and light beverages. We’re quite proud of our Christmas soda, for example. You can buy beer and soft drinks here, but there’s more. We’ll be hosting tasting evenings, food-and-beer themes, and collaborations with local food artisans. We local food artisans can stimulate and inspire one another. Please stop by and hear, see, taste, and experience what we’re up to.
