Unique and small-scale

We primarily use organic products, and whenever possible, we strive to use fair trade products. We age our rum in Swedish oak, new American oak, ex-bourbon, and sherry casks. We also experiment with different casks for different drinks—including grappa, tequila, and Marsala wine casks.

Not just rum
Our greatest love is rum, so you might wonder why we also distill gin and aquavit?
Gin is incredibly fun to experiment with. We focus on using spices, berries, and various Swedish fruits to highlight the Swedish flavors in our gin.

Swedish aquavit is a traditional Swedish beverage that is trademark-protected under EU directives. To label an aquavit as “Swedish aquavit,” the beverage must be distilled in accordance with the established rules.
