Härjebrygg

Härjebrygg is a craft brewery nestled in the mountains, located in Tännäs in western Härjedalen at an elevation of 650 meters above sea level. Surrounded by magnificent nature, the brewery produces beer using ingredients, dedication, and inspiration drawn from the local environment.
The brewery took its first steps in the fall of 2014 with a small 40-liter brewhouse. Since then, the business has grown steadily. After moving to larger premises in the same beloved village, the beer is now brewed in a modern 1,000-liter brewhouse, with an annual production of approximately 76,000 liters.
The pure and soft mountain water in Tännäs plays a crucial role in the beer’s character and is particularly well-suited for light, elegant, and well-balanced beer styles.
Sustainability permeates every aspect of Härjebryg’s operations. With a strong environmental focus and close collaboration with local partners—including the Myskoxcentrum in Tännäs—the brewery works toward long-term sustainable development. The brewery shop also offers local delicacies, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the flavors of Härjedalen both in their glass and on their plate.
