The name pays homage to the twin cities of Helsingborg and Helsingør, which face each other across the shimmering waters. Our journey begins in Helsingborg, on the Swedish coast of the strait, a city steeped in tradition and crowned by the majestic trees of Kärnan. Here, among the cobblestone streets, the spirit of innovation dances hand in hand with echoes of the past.
Helsing is a distillery outside Helsingborg that combines innovative thinking with solid craftsmanship. The distillery was founded in 2021 to create unforgettable taste experiences by utilizing leftover ingredients from the adjacent vineyard. We often find inspiration for new products in encounters with other passionate people in our community who are equally uncompromising when it comes to creating lasting beverage experiences.
