Our brewery isn’t just a place where beer is made—it’s a journey through a carefully monitored process. From mashing and sparging to boiling, fermentation, bottling, and bottle conditioning, it takes about five weeks to create the perfect bottle of exquisite beer. Every step is an art form, and every beer we produce reflects the quality and care we put into each brew.
With a 1,200-liter brewhouse, we produce a variety of beer styles, including our signature Grästorps beers and a wide selection of Lilla Edet beers. Keep an eye out for new varieties launched regularly and explore flavors that enrich your beer experience.
