We have established our own whiskey distillery where we use traditional methods and carefully selected ingredients to distill base spirits that form the foundation for our own exclusive whiskeys. We also operate as an independent bottler, sourcing high-quality, flavorful whiskeys that we then refine and bottle, typically in small, unique batches. Our first batch of house-made spirit has matured in carefully selected oak barrels in our warehouses. The oak barrels have a significant impact on the flavor profile of the finished whiskey. For us, it is important to find high-quality barrels and also to find good combinations of spirit and barrel types. We work with cask types including Swedish oak, ex-sherry casks, bourbon casks, and Hungarian oak casks. Regarding cask sizes, we primarily work with smaller sizes ranging from 50 liters to 100 liters.
