Our Concept
We want to make great wine from local ingredients—fruits and berries grown in Roslagen.
In our climate, fruits and berries often develop high quality and a complex flavor profile. However, much of this produce is never put to use and often remains in the gardens. Our ambition is to transform these ingredients into refined beverages. We also grow our own grapes in Billinge, north of Norrtälje. The variety is Solaris, which is best suited to our climate and lends itself very well to sparkling wines—which is also what we aim to produce.
Through our tastings, we aim to be a meeting place for flavors of all kinds.
We will primarily host tastings featuring wines from around the world. By putting flavor at the center, we hope everyone will become more interested in how the food and drink they consume are produced.
