Oceanbryggeriet

In the fall of 2007, the founders of Oceanbryggeriet were sitting in the same sports bar, enjoying a good beer. When it turned out that we had a brewer, a salesperson, and a financial expert in the group, the idea of starting a brewery in Gothenburg began to take shape. After some paperwork, we purchased brewing equipment and set up a brewery in Lyckholm’s premises in Gothenburg.
In March 2017, Oceanbryggeriet’s new brewery was completed on a plot in Åby outside Gothenburg.
We have always and will always create, brew, bottle, and deliver our beer ourselves from the brewery.
Today, we’re present in many cities, and our products can be ordered at all Systembolag stores nationwide.
We have grown from a small, part-time brewery into a larger operation with full-time employees and future plans that include becoming the go-to beer choice in Gothenburg and making our beer available for purchase no matter where you live in Sweden.
