Odd Island Brewing

Odd Island Brewing is a brewery where craftsmanship, personality, and rock ’n’ roll go hand in hand. It’s located in Lindome, just south of Gothenburg. The journey began in 2015 when Daniel Svensson—after consuming more beer than was reasonable while on tour—decided it would be both more fun and cheaper to brew his own. Peter Iwers agreed and joined the following year as head of marketing. Together, they laid the foundation for what would soon grow into a whole team.
In 2019, brewer Daniel Forsman joined the team, ready to dive into the brewhouse. In early 2020, Jesper Lindberg also showed up—slightly hoarse and in search of something refreshing—and took over responsibility for the hospitality sector. With that, the team was complete.
Today, beer is produced in Lindome with great care and distinct character, inspired by community, music, and pure creative passion. Odd Island Brewing has become a place where passion and humor meet solid craftsmanship—and where every beer carries a piece of the team’s energy and history.
