Sahlins brygghus

Sahlins Brygghus is a brewery located in Dalarna. We have been brewing beer since 2015 and focus on producing craft beer, soft drinks, tonic water, cider, and mulled wine. We want to carry on the tradition of craftsmanship that has existed on the farm for several hundred years.
Today, we combine active farming with agritourism; the farm welcomes 35,000 visitors annually, and the main attraction is the ostriches, which we have raised on the farm since 1994.
During the summer, we welcome visitors and operate a farm café with a restaurant and shop where we sell the farm’s products, including meat from our own slaughter, our own charcuterie, beverages, ice cream, and skincare products.
