Snausarve Gårdsbryggeri

We, the Schultes-Andersson family, run this farm.
In June 2016, we traded the city for the countryside, an apartment for a farm, and a somewhat settled life for adventure. We had a strong desire to work with beer, build our own business, and take control of our future.
There was plenty of space and facilities, so the old barn became a brewery. By 2018, it was ready, and we sold our first beers right in the middle of summer. A hectic period followed with launches at Systembolaget, participating in every beer festival we could manage, and developing new beer varieties.
In 2019, we obtained a license for tastings and opened a modest taproom right next door to the brewery. The following summer, we expanded with an outdoor seating area and a small shop for glassware and low-alcohol beer.
In 2021, we took the leap to a full-fledged summer pub serving both food and drinks.
Welcoming guests into our home and serving only the best is what we love most! And our journey isn’t over yet. At Snausarve, there’s always something new happening!
