From Industrial Building to Brewery
In the heart of Stjärnsund stood an old transformer building that was falling into disrepair. It was when we found it that our dream of opening a brewery became a reality. The key to starting the brewery was finding the right space that would suit our business. Now we’re breathing new life into the old building. Inside, we’re completely remodeling, but on the outside, we’re renovating carefully—as you must do with historically designated buildings. We’re thrilled to be able to take care of and transform a piece of cultural heritage into a modern brewery.
High-quality equipment
Since we prioritize quality above all else, we’ve invested in a truly high-class brewing facility. Automatic bottling and the ability to filter the beer improve both shelf life and taste. For us, it’s important to guarantee and ensure consistent quality over time. If you buy a beer from us in May and then again in December—well, it should taste the same.
In the Heart of Stjärnsund
It was a given that our brewery would be located in Stjärnsund. This is where we brewers live, and we want to help make the community even more vibrant. Beer brewing is also a tradition here. In the past, beer was brewed at the manor houses, and there were hop farms at nearby monasteries. For us, local engagement is important, and we are therefore happy to collaborate with local stakeholders.
