Torsöl Mikrobryggeri

Torsöl Microbrewery is a small-scale craft brewery located on the shores of Lake Vänern, overlooking the island of Torsö, just outside Mariestad. The brewery is run by P-G Larsson and, since 2013, has grown from a hobby venture to a business that now supplies beer to Systembolaget and restaurants in the Mariestad and Skövde areas. Today, approximately 8,000 liters are produced annually.
Homegrown
We focus our efforts on authentic, organic ingredients—which is why our various beer varieties are flavored with hops, juniper, marigold, and stinging nettles grown on the farm. Honey from our own apiary also adds that special touch to the beer. We also use the beeswax to make hand cream, shoe polish, candles, and lip balm.
The ingredients are blended with passion, creativity, love, and ambition in every brew. That’s our recipe for truly great and unique beer!
