1. By using the Local Drinks website, you confirm that you accept our terms and conditions for the use of the content on the website.

4. Local Drinks reserves the right to remove any user-generated content on the website that is not deemed appropriate.
5. Local Drinks only mediates the contact between consumer and producer and takes no responsibility beyond this.
6. Local Drinks does not sell and we endeavour to ensure that all information displayed via our map function is neutral and up-to-date.
7. Lokala Drycker cannot guarantee the completeness and/or accuracy of any information on this page, but if you find something on this page that seems incorrect, we would appreciate it if you contact us at this page.
8. The use of Local Drinks is free of charge.
9. Users of the website are not entitled to assert against Local Drinks any penalty, such as claims for compensation for financial or other damage, as a result of errors or alleged errors in the information on Local Drinks.
10. Operators wishing to use content on Local Drinks for purposes other than individual private use must contact Local drinks before doing so for authorisation.

Advertise on Local Drinks

1. Companies that publish adverts on Local Drinks must do so in accordance with the Marketing Act (2008:486).
2. The advert must comply with good marketing practice. If a company breaks the rules, the Market Court can prohibit this and if it continues, the company can be ordered to pay a penalty (a kind of fine).
3. Local Drinks only carries adverts from businesses on Local Drinks.
4. Local Drinks is outside the control and involvement in the transaction between buyer and seller.
5. The buyer is responsible for the legality of the object they are buying.
6. Local Drinks is not responsible for items in adverts and cannot be held responsible for items and any conflicts between buyer and seller.
